✦ Foraging Walks : February till November 2025

✦ Identification skills

Learn where plants grow and how you can use them in food - learn which ones are poisonous too!

✦ Sensory learning

Always an invitation to touch, taste and smell as we use all our senses, curiosities and memories to reconnect.

✦ Accessible for all

All walks can be adjusted to be wheelchair accessible, only Conham River Park has a regular open public toilet. We’ll stick to paths as much as possible, but they can get a bit muddy. If you have any access needs, send us an email and we can accommodate with ease - maria@healingweeds.co.uk

✦ Safety and community care

To keep everyone safe, we ask that you do not attend a walk if you are actively infectious with any type of cold or cough. These walks will always be a neurodivergent, trans-inclusive, LGBTQIA+ friendly space, all are welcome.
