Maria and Holly share drawing and creative ways to connect with wild plants in this relaxed session for Project Mama, focused on haircare. Project MAMA exists so that no parent has to go it alone. They offer migrated Mamas holistic, compassionate support during pregnancy, birth and early motherhood.

Q: Do you need to dry wild plants to make tea or can you use them fresh? A: You can always use fresh plants (my personal pref) but drying is always an option, especially if you wanna store them longterm. This also makes them more potent (by weight)
