This is a time to build and receive strength with our bodies in nature to find what we can give each other and the wider world in return.
We imagined what we would need to do this, so have created this retreat as a blueprint for what this could look be and share skills we have learned that carry us forward.

Who are your facilitators
Meg Nasse (she/ they)
Meg is a movement facilitator and holistic bodyworker. Meg invites curiosity, playfulness, and non-dual tantra philosophy into the practices shares.
What is movement practice
“When we move, everything moves.” (Satu Tumelo) From a society wrapped in individualism, coming back to practices that remind us of the wider webs we are part of are essential for seeing the truth. Instead of using practices for escapism, how about drawing our attention into complete presence, so that we can ride the waves of what is here now in this human experience. Not by looking away, but by sitting, moving, breathing with all that is. Then perhaps collectively we can come into the very essence of our being.
Maria Fernandez Garcia (she/ her)
Maria (she/ her), student of medical herbalism and lover of plants, people and how the two intertwine as a force for health and wellbeing knowledge.
What is herbalism practice
The knowledge that you can go outside, find a plant that will help ease your hay fever symptoms feels like knowledge we should all know, yet we’re at a loss for over the counter remedies that sometimes don’t quite work enough. Knowing which wild medicines that grow around us and feeling how these natural substances move in your body with confidence means you can learn about dose, regularity and methods of extraction based on your own needs. You will leave these workshops equipped to take care of yourself and others.

Vision and purpose
Kolinka Zinovieff's vision for the Mill Retreat Centre is for it to be used by groups who are doing work for the good, and hold the highest ethical standards. "I think the ethos, energy and atmosphere of a place is reflected and enhanced by the type of people who use it. It is for this reason I strictly vet who is able to use the Mill Retreat Centre.”
Offering full board with delicious organic cuisine or the option of self catering and exceptionally good value while maintaining the highest standards.
The Mill Retreat Centre is set in 30 acres of stunning grounds. With a spectacular 10 acre lake, a beautiful river running underneath the centre, and views of enticing woodland. All combine to make the Mill Retreat Centre a natural paradise for people and wildlife alike. Enabling one to simply be and relax, by going on lovely walks round the lake, to bird watching to unwinding next to the sparkling river.
All beds are made up with Egyptian cotton sheets, feather and down pillows (hyper-allergenic options) and lovely thick 100% wool blankets or thick warm duvets.
If you’d like to discuss which room might be best for your needs, no question is too small, get in touch!
