We will be led by Leanne, therapist and mental health lead, and Maria, forager and student herbalist, equally passionate about creating relaxed and welcoming spaces for everyone to enjoy nature connection.
These walks aim to lower stress and anxiety, aid relaxation, connect with nature and other people, improve confidence, provide learning opportunities, improve health and fitness and offer a safe space to talk – all whilst enjoying the outdoors.
Plenty of time for quiet reflection - and conversation if you’d like. We’ll be using these sessions to witness the changing seasons and learn about which plants are around us, plus how we might use them ourselves.
Accessibility information: all walks will start at Snuff Mills car park, Bristol and will be slow paced, walking along paths and concrete walkways. We can also facilitate for wheelchairs and mobility scooters.
