At Stroud Sky Yoga, Ryan will guide us through a 90 minute yoga practice.
We’ll embody the energies of spring, through movement, breath work and meditation. We’ll connect with seasonal shifts that occur both in nature and within ourselves, allowing us to sense in to the fact that we are in fact not separate from nature.
We’ll then head out into the hills of the Cotswolds with Maria to find wild food and learn how to use it as medicine. Expect to touch, taste and smell these plants and hear of their curious folklore. We’ll also share discussions on what it means to truly recommon our connection to the plants and landscapes around us.
As we go, we’ll collect spring leaves and flowers to make a wild herbal tea with what we’ve found. You’ll take away skills and knowledge to share with others and weave confidently into your daily life.
We will then sit to drink our wild herbal tea, with some homemade, plant-based goodies.
