What a beautiful afternoon spent with a small group meandering down through woodland, and along a riverbank, guided by Maria.
We learned so much, stopping every so often to touch, smell, and taste all kinds of leaves, seeds and flowers.

What a beautiful afternoon spent with a small group meandering down through woodland, and along a riverbank, guided by Maria.
We learned so much, stopping every so often to touch, smell, and taste all kinds of leaves, seeds and flowers.
Maria held the space really well and shared loads of knowledge without swamping us. We left feeling very inspired to add more foraged food into our diets.
